Travis Bean TB1000 Artist model in Blonde/White. Hand built in Sun Valley California during the mid 70`s this brand has become collectable. Although an expensive guitar at the time - it was reckoned that TB lost money on every prduction model. Not surprisingly the company went out of business in 1979. This TB1000A is mostly original - however the original knobs (clear type) are in the case pocket and have been replaced by white speed knobs.The original knobs are delicate and are cracking so my decision to fit different speed knobs was sensible. However TB had no standard colour on Speed knobs - and any colour that was lying around the factory was used. Shielding paint has been added to the pot cavity - to cut down backgound noise. This guitar has recently been set up - and a couple of the pots have been cleaned. Comes in a tatty but functional fitted case. Like most Bean`s the guitar is neck heavy - but also piece of guitar history like no other.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods were faulty when received. The goods are the buyers responsibility until they arrive back to us.
