If there was ever a "closet classic" this is it. An absolutely pristine, all original Magnatone lap steel with its' matching Mdl. 197-V amplifier. It's an estate piece and everything is in fantastic condition (those are the original tubes,tuners and knobs) and it sounds great. The only change is the modern grounded power cord as the original was cracked and bare in spots. The case is another story. It was stored in the basement and is in pretty bad shape. I can ship the guitar in a new Gretsch gig bag and include the old paper case if you want it. If you've ever seen anything like this and wanted it you're not alone. Items like this in this condition are incredibly hard to find so maybe now's the time to grab it. This set will only increase in value over time if it's kept the way the original owner kept it
