What makes this guitar special: Modeled after one of the most iconic guitars in rock n’ roll history and loaded with premium features, this Lucille model has tons of tonal variance and positively stellar playability. It’s obviously been somewhat of a case kept piece, with very little playwear throughout. The slim tapered neck profile is quick and comfortable, especially in conjunction with the smooth ebony fingerboard. The semi-hollow design is extremely resonant as well, allowing for ample sustain. And to top it off, this one is finished in a gorgeous cherry finish…a rare find for this model! It’s been professionally setup and inspected by our in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play right out of the case. Cosmetic condition: Really great shape, with a handful of surface and playwear scratches throughout, some minor tarnishing on the hardware, pickwear on the guard, and some nominal fretwear. Body: Semi-hollow ivoroid bound maple back and sides in cherry finish with multi-ply ivoroid bound tortoise pickguard. Tune-O-Matic bridge and TP-6 tailpiece with individual microtuners.Weight: 9 lb, 10.4 ozNeck: Slim-tapered mahogany neck with black side dots and mother-of-pearl block inlays. Double bound ebony fingerboard is in terrific shape, and frets show very little wear, with plenty of life left in them. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Bound headstock with Pearl inlaid Gibson and Lucille logos. Gold truss rod cover with etched “B.B. King” lettering. Gold Grover tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod is fully functional.Electronics: 491R (7.24K ohms) and 498T (7.76K ohms) humbuckers with 3-way pickup selector switch, stereo outputs, and black speed knobs, 2x volume, 2x tone. 6-way Varitone switch for tons of tonal possibilites.Case: Original hard shell case included.
