Yamaha SG-1000 (1990s, Tobacco Sunburst, excellent condition)On offer a 1990s Yamaha SG-1000 in clean Tobacco Sunburst finish, Generally we still see quite a few SG-1000 guitars kicking about, but the clean examples are becoming less common and harder to get. The SG-1000 is the more rocky little brother of the acclaimed Yamaha SG-2000 that was developed in the 1970s. This guitar is a top quality axe and handles and balances well; it has been set up with low action and plays light and fluid. The guitar is a solid instrument and quality build with a set neck and ebony fret-board with mother of pearl, split wing position markers and is kitted out with push-pull coil taps of the tone pots. The guitar is in very good condition with only minor marks. With hardcase. Weight of guitar approx. 4.2 Kgs, neck width at nut approx. 4.4 cm. Price £1399 ONO. Location Berwick upon Tweed. Can ship. Postage reflects shipping cost and insurance in transit.
