Got this a present for Christmas, changed the pickups to a DMT in the neck and a DiMarzio PAF 36th anniversary in the bridge, but Floyd Rose is not my cup of tea. Add HFS and Vintage Bass humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions, respectively, and you've got a recipe for some outstanding tones! The SE Floyd Custom 24's maple neck has a wide-thin carve, making it very fast and playable, and the distinctive neck joint means you get stelar access to all 24 frets. And, of course, the Floyd Rose tremolo is as stable and dependable as trem bridges come.
