This is a 3 month old Charvel, it is an amazing guitar to play and sounds fantastic. A unique "Specific Ocean" colour makes the guitar look very special also. The main reason I am selling this instrument is because I am moving abroad to live shortly and the guitars must go. There is a very small scratch between the 2 pickups (which was caused by a microphone during a recording session). I have taken a detailed picture so you can see clearly, the scratch is very small and has not affected the guitars playability in any way what so ever.here is what Anderton's say:Simplicity Is BeautifulAside from some flashy finishes Charvel guitars have always been stripped back rock machines with a simple but beautiful design. This guitar keeps the same feel and aesthetic as the original models with an alder body finished in specific ocean. The finish and construction are simple but it still helps you stand out in a crowd of boring black axes.Great PlayabilityCharvels have always been built for speed and this guitar is no different. The quatersawn maple neck is smooth and easy to move around without being too thin. Plus the compound radius rosewood fingerboard means that you go from playing chords to shredding leads very quickly and easily. If you play hard rock or metal you will be hard pressed to find a better all round workhorse than this.Ready To Rock HardwareCharvel can't just leave you hanging when it comes to the hardware in this guitar. The HS pickup combination of a Seymour Duncan TB4 humbucker and STK-1 single coil pickups mean you can use this for everything from crunchy rhythms to soaring leads and even smooth low gain cleans as well all on one guitar. With a fixed hard tail bridge and Charvel locking tuners you do not need to worry about going out of tune and set up is a breeze. You can really dig into this guitar all night long and you will be in tune from the first song of the night to final track in the encore.SpecificationsBody: Alder Body Shape: San Dimas Series: Pro Mod Neck: Bolt-On Maple Fingerboard: Rosewood, 12" to 16" Compound Radius (304.8mm to 406.4mm) Frets: 22, Jumbo Frets Scale Length: 25.5" (648mm) Nut Width: 1.6875" (43mm) Hardware: Black Tuning Keys: Charvel Locking Tuners Bridge: Charvel Hard Tail Pickups: Seymour Duncan JB TB4 Humbucking Bridge Pickup with Black Bezel on (525), Creme Bezel on 549) Seymour Duncan STK-1 Single-Coil (Neck) Pickup Switching: 3-Position Toggle: Position 1. Bridge Pickup, Position 2. Bridge and Neck Pickups, Position 3. Neck Pickup Controls: Master Volume Other Features: Knurled Flat-Top Control Knobs, Dot Position InlaysI believe this is a pretty accurate description myself. The guitar cost £649 3 months ago, but because of circumstance and taking into consideration of the scratch, I have priced the guitar fairly for the right buyer, no time wasters please.
