This is my superb Fender Stratocaster Plus in stunning Sunburst.She is a 1997 model and rare in that she has 3 x Gold Lace Pickups, which are completely buzz free and chime like a bell.She was a custom order guitar from Fender with a Gun Oiled neck rather than a varnish, which makes this guitar a complete joy to play as the neck is silky smooth and very slick in the hand.The tones available from her 3 x Gold Lace Pickups are awesome, from cool "Strat quack" chords, to screaming Rock n Roll riffs, this beauty delivers the whole 9 yards and effortlessly.She comes in her original Fender PLUS Case with all case candy and whammy bar. Her condition for a 20 year old guitar is excellent, with no ugly buckle rash, breaks, dings or repairs - superb and honest guitar all round, simple as that! The only slight issue, one of the chrome dome feet has come out off the case, but its in the case compartment and can be re-fitted if its an issue, but the case is still stable without it and all catches are in perfect working order.Gorgeous Mother of Pearl scratch-plate, Maple board, virtually no wear on the frets at all and the iconic Wilkinson roll-ball nut, which ensure she never goes out of tune, even with some serious whammy bar bending.
