Product Description The EF340SC-LH dreadnought is handcrafted in our pro series facility that has been building precision quality instruments over five decades This guitar features a solid cedar top, and the mahogany back and sides are highly resonant, adding to the liveliness of the guitar. Gloss natural finish adds a clean and simple elegance to the look and overall beauty of the guitar. The mahogany neck is joined to the body with a traditional, ultra strong dovetail joint. Includes Takamine’s Palathetic™ pickup, known in the industry as one of the most accurate and natural sounding acoustic/electric pickups. The CT4B preamp has long been the popular choice among Takamine pro artists, providing warm natural acoustic tone at high sound pressure levels. What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issues found by the authorized refurbisher were a minor finish flaw on the back of the body (see photo) and a few small lacquer dings on the top (which do not show up in photos). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from these minor issues, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "used" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
