Late 80's (or possibly early 90's) MIJ (Made in Japan, a REAL ESP) Neck Thru Upgraded w/ Original Floyd Rose (I will include the original ESP tremolo as well, but the OFR is way better, FYI). EMG 81 at bridge Original Hard Shell Case included This guitar is a bit heavy (and therefore has an awesome, thick tone). High end electric guitars like this are made of cheaper, lighter materials these days, in my experience. They don't quite make 'em like they used to. I'd rather not let this sweet ass shred machine go but alas I must pay the bills. Condition: In addition to the blemishes pictured, there is typical belt buckle rash on the back (this guitar is nearly 30 years old) and there is no trem plate cover (as pictured). The OFR was filed down on one side to fit in the recess (see pic). There are light surface scratches on the front of the guitar as well (again, this guitar is nearly 30 years old) and I did my best to catch the condition of the finish with the camera. See pics for the more major blemishes. There is very little fret wear, neck is smooth, there are no blemishes that affect playability. Guitar plays and sounds great. It's currently tuned to D; most players will probably want to give it a new set up. I wouldn't recommend this guitar if you plan on tuning much lower than D because the truss rod doesn't have enough range for that (I tried tuning it to G# once and it just wasn't happening, FYI). I will ship it within 3 business days of received payment.
