Rare 1992 Taylor 9 Series Maple Jumbo 12-string.  Sides and unique 3-piece back exhibit exquisite quilting while the neck completes the theme in birds-eye maple. Maple in headstock is sandwiched in rosewood. Maple tone wood is a perfect compliment to the 12-string sound and the action is typical Taylor – like butter. I have no way of knowing if this is a one-of-a-kind guitar or not. But I do know that I have never seen another so if there are others out there, there likely aren’t many. Small top dings on lower bout (see photo). Also, the top seam from the bridge to the bottom of the guitar has a tiny finish crack along the seam. I have tried to photograph this but it is nearly invisible (see last 2 pix). Includes original Taylor hardshell case and two sets of medium Elixir nanoweb strings.
