The one, the only, the Elite Stratocaster. Built in the early 80s these guitars had some appointments similar to a normal Strat as well as some appointments that catered to the rockers from the era. This 83 Elite is overall in great shape and sounds fabulous. Great playability up and down the neck. Cool Strat! Very cool 1983 Gibson Les Paul Standard in it’s original wine red finish. This guitar has just the right amount of wear to prove it’s made it 30 years. Marked factory 2nd which denotes some finish flaw when it left the factory. Given it’s age the original flaw is undetectable. This example is equipped with a fantastic sounding set of ink stamped Tim Shaw humbuckers which sound fabulous! Overall this one is all original less extra pickguard holes on the body and a pro refret. 60s style neck which is quite comfy! Comes complete with it’s original chainsaw style hardshell case.
