What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was that the stock truss rod cover was missing, which they replaced with a "Les Paul Special II" truss rod cover (see photo). No other repairs or modifications were made to the guitar. Aside from the replacement truss rod cover, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "used" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
