Equipped with digital sound source D. W. G. S. (Digital Waveform Generator System).
D. W. G. S. The sound source is the first Korg digital sound source to make a sound that simulates actual instrument sound with harmonic addition method.
Equipped with specifications that have upgraded the DW - 6000 to 8 voice, grasping up, including touch sense, after touch, and incorporating a digital delay as the world 's first synth.
Sixteen waveforms such as sawtooth wave, rectangular wave, triangle wave, etc. are equipped in each of two oscillators. Memory is possible for each timbre of digital delay of up to 512 msec and delay setting of 64. Various effects can be applied with stereo effect such as chorus, flanger, doubling, short / long delay and so on. Initial touch (key velocity), keyboard with aftertouch function adopted. It also has an auto bend function that allows you to set the bend time from 25 msec to 6.4 msec with a width of one octave above and below.
