The 5000 is dubbed the 'workhorse' of the industry and has become legendary for its reliability and feel. The clamp itself is curved to fit the contour of the bass drum hoop, ensuring a secure connection, further enhance by the addition of rubber stoppers - which also protect the hoop from damage.-Non-skid Rubber Grip: Rather than using velcro, which can be unsightly, ineffective and leaves pedals unstable, dw have opted for a complete underneath covering of a non-skid rubber grip.
