I ship international!Here is a RARE 1997 Fender "California Series" Telecaster that I have covered with one of my custom, hand-tooled Western-style Waylon covers. The cover is made from Hermann Oak premium leather and then hand-tooled and laced by me. I put many hours in the detail and visual appeal. Both the front and back are decorated. I also added a cool stainless steel mini-"Flying W" Waylon logo between the volume and tone controls. It helps to accent the motif. Check out "romeostreasures" on eBay, they offer them by themselves.The guitar itself is a hard-to-find USA 1997 Fender California Series Telecaster. It's in near mint condition! It's all USA made. It is an ideal match of vintage and contemporary Fender specs. It has the vintage-style bridge with six individual saddles and the neck is a 9.5" radius with medium jumbo frets. It was shielded even more inside the control cavity and the pickup routes. It is loaded with the original Fender American Standard series pickups. It SOUNDS AND PLAYS INCREDIBLE! It is set up with .010 gauge strings and is effortless to play! And, look at the FLAME figure in the maple neck! It's awesome!The look is pretty self-explanatory. Pay close attention to the photos to appreciate the attention to detail and depth of the tooling work. You will not find this kind of depth and detail on a custom leather cover on eBay, or anywhere, for this price. In fact, leather crafters can charge upwards of $2500 for the cover alone.This particular cover is the most iconic Waylon pattern/design. I used matte white and matte black on the front and back.My leatherwork has very deep relief and extensive detailing. If you look at the many photos, you will see what I mean. My leather tooling is almost like a sculpture in the 7 ounce leather. I often sell these on a commission basis. This is a chance to get one already made. You will be hard-pressed to find a Tele like this, with this much detail in the leatherwork, for this price. You will pay between $1500-$2500 for the covers alone for comparable covers.
