The top, sides, back, neck, and head stock are solid mahogany.  The fretboard and bridge are rosewood.Size:  38 inches overall length, lower bout 13 3/4 inches, 10 inch upper bout, 4 1/2 inches deep.

The most recent owner had the guitar for 20 years and maintained it quite well.The guitar has a nice warm tone and is very easy to play...It is in very good condition....The previous owner maintained it well:       -the bridge was regaled one year ago      - new bone nut at the bridge and neck one year ago      - Veneer on the head stock re-glued one year ago      -strap button installed on the neck heel a year ago      - strap button removed and hole slightly enlarged  for pickup input at the bottom of the guitar a year ago (guitar does not come with the PUP)      -had all of the braces inside the guitar looked at and most of them were re-glued five years ago      The only other repair to the guitar is a small crack that's been repaired at the top of the instrument...the person did a great job (see pictures)Intonates and the tuners hold tune really wellThe action is 3/32 on low E string at 12th fret;  3/32 on the hight E string 12th fret:  The saddle has a bit more height left for adjustment.Flat beautiful Rosewood fingerboard and plenty of life on frets...This M-20 has a loud and clear voice with excellent playability.Excellent for finger-picking styleA very warm sounding guitar...there are a couple of demos on youtube..Comes with non-original Road-Runner Hard Shell CaseThanks
