This a one off PRS Starla, i.e. The only one like it... The only thing not from the factory is the custom pickgaurd. I believe it originally came with a black pickgaurd, and the original owner had the custom one made for it. It comes with the P90 set up which makes this Starla very unique and versatile. The original hard case comes with it and also the truss rod cover that matches the pickgaurd. This guitar is in beautiful condition, but there is one little crack on the pickgaurd that is pictured!
