Class:
Description Brand: Fender To Fit: Electric Guitar MPN: Does Not Apply Country/Region of Manufacture: United States Model: Stratocaster UPC: Does not apply
Up for your consideration is a really rare aluminum bodied Fender Stratocaster, made in USA in late 1995. There were a total of 400 or so aluminum Stratocasters made to commemorate the 40 year anniversary of the Stratocaster (94 - 95). Some were blue tie dye, some with an American flag motif, and some plain, polished aluminum. It's unclear how many were made of each, but I would guess it was about 100. Many were returned to the factory and scrapped because they were dented, so there are very few of these around, and even fewer that are still in unplayed condition like this one. The guitar appears to be completely unmolested. Almost pristine.
I can't find a mark on it. The pick guard is an aftermarket of course and it was on there when I got it 15 - 20 years ago. It's just been sitting in the case. I do have the original pick guard somewhere if you want though it has about a 1" gouge/nick on it. It's difficult to take pictures of because of the glare. There are no scratches or dings, it's a beautiful guitar. I ship USPS. Read my feedback. I've been an Ebayer since 1998 though mostly it's my purchases. If you would like more or different pictures just let me know. The $15 "handling" is for the guitar box I purchased. I don't make a dime off of it.
