Nice 1972 Heberlein-Roth 16” German Viola: Model 72L718 /import serial# 1016, Hand Made in Germany. The Heberlein Reproduction is a stencil produced by the Ernst Heinrich Roth company in Germany. It has two lables, a factory label with a goose riding a horse, Facbus Hornsteiner Reproduction, Hand Made and a Roth Shop label with Model 72L 718, 12/72. This viola has never been abused or damaged. It does show play wear but the seams are tight, the neck well set, the edges are very nice, the fretboard is excellent, the peg box is tight, the bridge looks good and the soundpost is set. It will require cleaning/touch up and new strings. No bow included but does have a newer SKB molded hard case to keep it warm and happy. Own a quality viola for less than a cheap asian import :-). As with all our fine instruments, we understand the bond between player and instrument and always offer a 14 day play/return policy with No restocking fee. ( see below ). *****PLEASE READ*****
