I recently purchased this Roland Juno 106 from a space that was being vacated in a downtown Milwaukee office building. On the 4th floor there had been a commercial recording studio which had opened is the mid eighties. It only lasted a few months and all of the equipment had sat untouched ever since!
I took it over to the Milwaukee keyboard and amp guru, John Blick to have him go through it and have the battery replaced. Granted it was working fine but I wanted to have it checked out before I let it go. The keyboard came back to me in perfect health (pretty much just as I dropped it off). The battery reads 3.2 volts (when new it would have read 3.3 -that in itself is a testament to just how little this keyboard was used in the past 30 years) so John didn't bother replacing it. He cleaned the volume pot and that was all it needed. Like I said in the title, this baby is a time-capsule.The condition is a solid 9.5 out of 10. There are a few VERY minor paint chips near the power input and along the back edge which are visible in the photos of the back of the instrument - some slight discoloration in the upper right corner in the white stripe above the word "Roland" (also visible in photos).
I played this keyboard quite a bit since it came back from the repair shop and it is flawless.
All sliders present and in tact. Midi is functioning perfectly as is everything else.You'd be hard-pressed to ever find another Juno 6 in this original condition.The keyboard will come with it's original box and Styrofoam end pieces. The box is solid but not perfect. I will package inside a larger box when shipping....Feel free to ask if you have any questions and I'll reply promptly.
