1983 Fender Elite Stratocaster in excellent condition. The strap buttons have been changed to Schaller locking-type, but otherwise she is original. Shows only very light playing wear - an easy 9/10. Features a sunburst finish, chrome hardware, maple fingerboard, active electronics with TBX / MDX 12dB Mid Boost, 3 model-specific Alnico 5 Single Coil pickups with another dummy coil in cavity for Hum-Canceling and a then-newly-designed FreeFlyte Tremolo system. This one also has the original, locking nut with fine-tuners that was introduced toward the end of the production run. Plays very well but could use new strings & a fresh 9-volt battery.
