This is a super nice Vox Jaguar made in Italy..  You don't find many in this condition  !!  I would call the cosmetic condition near mint with just a few blemishes on the case.    This one never left the house ,  its spotless inside and out and has been stored in a smoke free environment. Whenever I get an instrument like this that has been pampered its whole life,  I like to keep it as original as possible. However, the service is just as important as the stunning looks..  Without service,  these keyboards  (even mint ones stored in a closet )  go out of tune and some of their electronic components just dry up with age.  Their rubber components such as keyboard bushings get brittle and cause the keys to be noisy and hard to play.
