We tried many different filaments and some sounded lousy. We took our time to get it perfect, and we don’t use any home-type printers. We use 3 very high end $40k 3-D printers here. Nothing cheap about the process or the results. These are extremely heavy, well-made, accurate, and great playing mouthpieces.This new 3-D printed technology will offer the same high end designs without the high end price due to the affordability of the manufacturing process. It allows us here at 10MFAN MOUTHPIECES an opportunity to get more people into these great designs.They are inexpensive to the buyer because of the process in which they're made, but they are the same high end original designs you've come to love from 10MFAN MOUTHPIECES. These are made from a high acoustic filament that is made of mostly metal so they are heavy, solid, and they resonate! We did our due diligence and the MSDS says this material has ZERO bioaccumulations and ZERO toxicity. What does that mean for you?---THESE ARE SAFE TO USE.Master craftsman Eric Falcon, hand finishes every single mouthpiece for me, so they are 100% accurate from one to the next.
