Fender 25th Anniversary Silver Stratocaster (1979) – made 100% in the USA.This is a very cool vintage guitar, and it’s is a GREAT deal – go ahead and compare to other 25th Anniversary Stratocasters (it’s in much better condition than others selling for a lot more).To the best of my knowledge, this guitar is all original. It’s in great shape, with a few minor marks (as you can see in the photos). There are two noticeable scratches - one above the pickguard and a tiny one on the back – and two small chips, one near the back strap button and one near the input jack. It was my brother’s – sounds great, but hasn’t been played by a real musician in years (he moved away). It weighs around 9 lbs. and includes original hard case and original vintage Fender chrome tuners, trem arm, 5-way pickup selector, one volume and two tone knobs, ashtray cover, maple neck and fingerboard, and the frets are great. Its serial number 251495 dates to 1979 - anniversary engraved on back neck plate.Shipping, handling, and insurance is around $55 in the US lower 48 states, $85 Canada, $295 Australia/New Zealand and $150 Europe & Asia - check "calculated cost" for specific amount.
