This is an auction for a two manual and pedal Wyvern B282T Classical organ with traditional, baroque and theatre organ voicing options. Built using the Bradford Computing Organ technology, this is a fine instrument, solidly built. In addition to the stop tabs, there is an additional row of stop names underneath, containing the theatre organ specification, designed by the late Arthur Lord who was a respected theatre organist too. The instrument is in perfect working order - all stops, pistons, toe pistons and pedals work superbly. There isn't any speaker "crackle" and the console is in fabulous condition. The instrument would be ideal for use as it is, or for converting to Hauptwerk. The instrument has a transposer and reverb control and plenty of piston channels. At the click of a button, the specification can be changed from the traditional (British) classical organ voicing to Baroque or a theatre organ! Collection is from my home near Redruth in Cornwall. It would need two or three men to move, and ideally, with a 'bogie" or trolley on which it can be wheeled to the van/lorry. It is heavy! There aren't any steps at the premises!
