I bought it in the mid '90s. I play sax and was just instrument curious, so it's never been to a gig. 1 original knob, 2 replaced by the store I bought it from. Included photo of the pickup. Serial number indicates it's from 1957. Overall in very good shape. Original case, 2 bars included.
