Very rare original 1st run BJFE Model G, serial # 9 mint in box. These early ones were made with real gold in the paint. I am the original owner and it is with great reluctance that this special pedal is up for sale. If you read carefully on the back plate writing, it reads, "Fangs Sharpened". It was sent to Bjorn for this special mod that gives it more bite and higher gain, while still retaining all the wonderful sounding lower gain dirt this pedal is famous for making it ridiculously versatile. All controls are highly interactive yielding a plethora of fat and juicy "just breaking up" grind, all the way through to higher gain crunch and sustain that is highly inspirational, and still retains all the touch sensitivity and dynamics...the best of both worlds. These stock sound more tubey and organic than the Bearfoot version(still nice but not the same)...now it's completely on another level, with no equivalent. FWIW, it also has one of the best finishes for this first run I've seen, that perfectly matches all the fire under the hood. Don't hesitate on this very rare, killer sounding tone monster...it's that good.
