Firstly, you MUST check out Guitarist magazine’s 5 star review of this model here, back from when the retail price was only £499; it’s now rocketed to £809, making this listing something of a bargain:-     This example is in tremendous condition, has never been gigged and as a result has rarely left the house.  Played through my live rig however, it sounds incredible, as you’d expect of a guitar of this calibre   There are no major issues to report other than a small dink in the rear of the neck under the 3rd fret G & B strings that was already there when I bought the guitar; you can’t really feel this when playing, it’s never bothered me and it could easily be filled, although I’m not competent enough to attempt that!    The guitar is otherwise in tremendous, carefully cared for condition, as the photos show.  A gigbag in included in the sale, but NOT the original Fender bag, which wasn’t supplied when I bought the guitar used a few months back   I’ve got the guitar set up presently with a slick, low action, 9 gauge strings and slight upbend on the slick, beautifully updated twin pivot version of the classic Fender synchronised tremolo system (still looks like a Strat trem should, but performs far more efficiently under heavy use, as you’d expect of a modern instrument)   More photos of the actual guitar available here –   The spec consists briefly as follows:-

The link to this very guitar on the official Fender UK website is:-     If you need to know any more about this incredible guitar, please do let me know.  As I say, the RRP of these guitars is now £809.00 and you won’t find many discounted examples, such is demand; so my price represents incredible value for an instrument of this calibre in great condition   I have only owned this guitar a short while, and am sure I will come to regret selling it.  I am a devout Strat fan but, on the ‘last in, first out’ principal this must make way for another new acquisition that is arriving this week…you know how it is!   UK postage will be by UPS or TNT, insured to £500.00 and with a 24 hours service after they collect it from me; don’t let eBay sellers rip you off with postage, or that old chestnut “I’m not sending my beloved guitar via courier – they break everything” – rubbish   I accept payment by cash on collection, cheque, postal order or PayPal   Please check my 100% feedback over 1,021 transactions and bid with utmost confidence.  I am not a guitar buyer/seller, but do quite often buy equipment for my own use and so have lots of experience packing & posting for safe transit   Any other queries, please do shout up.  I am never very far away from the PC and always respond to questions promptly.    I would prefer UK sales only, but potential European bidders are welcome to contact me to discuss bidding, strictly in advance of doing so.  Please also note that I do not accept returns, so purchase is entirely at your own risk   Any other queries, please do shout up.  I am never very far away from the PC and always respond to questions promptly.  If you would like photos of any more specific areas of the guitar, again I can quickly oblige
