2.1 Tozan ryu instrument in pristine shape. Gold liner under buffalo utaguchi, full bamboo inlay. The root end is stunning coming from choice madake' bamboo from Chiba. The tuning is perfect and the tone center is easy to find and adjust as subtly as the player's skill will allow. Originally this was $3750 as the pinnacle of Monty's work. The bamboo selection makes this piece as lovely aesthetically as it is musically. This is a very beautiful and substantial instrument that will last forever. It has been played and approved by professionals and teachers. Will be very carefully packed and insured.International shipping pays actual cost.
