Fender Super-Sonic 22 black/silver head. 22 watt head with four button footswitch and cover in excellent condition. I used this with a band for about a year and it sounds great but I have too many big amp heads so I'm going to trim down the size of my collection and use some of the money to pick up a small recording amp for studio work (something more like a Princeton Reverb/Recording). There's no tears, dings or scratches anywhere on it, I always carried it in a small trunk with padding and with the cover on it. I wiped it down with a damp cloth before I took the pictures but it could probably use a little vinyl cleaner/protectant like Armor-All if you want it shiny. The clean channel is very similar to a Deluxe Reverb and with the "fat" switch engaged it gets more of a  Brownface Deluxe tone. It does seem like I can get a bit more headroom out of the clean channel than a regular Deluxe Reverb though. The "burn" channel is based on the Fender Pro-Sonic amp and is actually extremely good, it's a Fender voiced drive mainly in the Brown/Blackfaced vein but using the mid control more tweed to Marshall type drive sounds are possible. It's not a metal amp but it does excel at low to medium-high gain. It has a tube driven, spring reverb, although not quite as strong as late 60's Fenders had its still good and unless you are into really heavy reverb laden surf music it's more than enough. I changed the handle on the head to a aftermarket replacement that looks exactly like the factory one. The original began to break across one hole which seems to be a common problem with the new rubber dogbone handles Fender is using. This is supposed to be better (stronger material) than the original ones they are using now but it's not actually a Fender brand, I didn't see a point in putting another one on that would break again in a year or two.  --Sorry, No returns due to cost of shipping--
