Nik Huber Guitars Dolphin Special “Custom” NAMM SHOW 1-OFF! Incredible Tone and Playability! Custom Boutique Electric Guitar! So resonant it feels alive in your hands!
This beautiful Special “Custom” from Nik Huber Guitars is similar to the Krautster II models but with the Dolphin body shape and some other unique aspects. It was built special for the NAMM Show and features a number of cool specifications including a Custom Color semi-gloss Burgundy Mist finish with aged hardware as well as a double bound Mahogany body, bound Ebony fingerboard with pearl block inlays, tortoise pickguard and a pair of exceptional sounding H. Haussel pickups – Tronbucker in the neck and 1959 Humbucker in the bridge (Push/Pull on tone for coil split). Elegant, yet understated! Nik Huber is making some of the most consistently fantastic instruments I have been lucky enough to have for sale through my shop. Every time I get one in, the entire staff is floored by its magnificence. The tone is always astonishingly loud, clear and bell-like acoustically. It resonates in your hands like a living, breathing creature. Cosmetically every detail is perfect. From the fit and finish to the fret work to the incredible wood selection. Nik never disappoints. This Special “Custom” is no exception! Stunning in every way! Every time we get a new Nik Huber guitar in stock I say the same thing, “this has to be one of the top 10 best sounding guitars we have ever had”, but it’s true! They sound so good. Each instrument is hand-tuned during final assembly to be sure it sounds as good as it plays and looks. You don't even need to plug this guitar in to know it will sound like god. Want clean? Just roll back on the volume. Want gain? Roll up. The satin finished flame Maple neck is silky smooth and ultra-comfortable. Just fat enough to be fat. But refined. Not so huge that it feels cumbersome or bloated. Nik Huber is the best!
