40 Years Old!!! 1977 Gibson LP Special in near perfect condition. This is a very good reissue of the original 1959 double cut Paul in REAL TV LIMED MAHOGANY FINISH! You can see the grain of the wood through the finish...not just painted yellow! One piece body...one piece neck and NO VOLUTE! All mahogany...all original...no repairs...no monkey business of any kind. This guitar has perfect frets with nearly zero wear and plays like a dream. Think Johnny Thunders. Thick and gritty. Weighs in at just about 7Lbs depending on the scale used...mine is just a bathroom scale. You will not be disappointed when you get this lovely beast in your hands. Comes with an original "Cahinsaw" style Gibson case in great shape...everything is working and accounted for. Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
