The traditional cornet lines, with gently sweeping mouthpipe, insure the rich sound. Intonation is flawless. Valves are lightning-swift. The solid sterling silver bell section has engraving which is a true work of art. All slides and valves operate smoothly. The valves are fast and responsive with no apparent loss of air pressure. This Cornet has been fully restored by our team. The tuning slide and the third valve slide are stamped with the appropriately matched serial numbers. · This cornet has new clear lacquer, 98% perfect. · The Sterling Silver bell has not been lacquered. · The engraving is crisp and easy to see. · The cornet is in great shape and has no deep scratches. · There are small surface scratches on the bell (see pictures). · There are no dents, only a few very small dings. · All slides operate smoothly. · The valves are super fast (like new) with no apparent loss of air pressure. · All slides are stamped with the appropriately matched serial numbers. · The cornet comes with its original case. · Comes with Parduba mouthpiece.
