Problems:1. Broken slider switch for OSC1 LFO PWM 2. Broken slider switch for OSC2 LFO FM3. Chassis missing all screws4. Slider pots stuck, needs cleaning5. bad key contacts along with bad key bushings6. KB CV memory drifting7. bad 100k ohm slider for OSC1 S/H-ADSR frequency controlSolutions:1. Replace broken slider switch for OSC1 LFO PWM2. Replace broken slider switch for OSC2 LFO FM3. Install new chassis screws4. complete chassis, circuit board, and slider cleaning and slider re-greasing 5. Replace key contacts6. Replace C8 along with stressed transistor7.
