Cash on Collection Preferred!!!This is the Gibson USA Les Paul Traditional Electric Guitar. The Gibson Les Paul has been synonymous with rock guitar since its inception in the 50's. Over the years, there has been a few tweaks to the original design- all of them cool. But, some people long for that classic Les Paul tone. The Traditional brings it all back. Featuring a mahogany weight relieved body(no chambers), this Traditional has that great presence and solid midrange push. Of course, this guitar also has great low end. Sucking up all this great woody tone are dual '59 Tributes. These give you the tonal character of the PAF with a bit more output. The bridge position is perfect for crunchy rhythms and high octane leads. The neck psotion gives you just what you want- warm, syrupy, thick sustain. Perfect. The neck here is a sweet 50's profile- .94" deep at the 5th fret. Chunky enough to add to the overall tone without compromising the fantastic feel. This lets you dig in for big bends or fly across with lightning lines. The look is incredible- gorgeous deep Ocean Blue finish showing off the highly flamed top, full body/neck binding, trapezoid inlays, '120th Anniversary' 12th fret inlay, and chrome hardware. This Traditional is in exceptional condition- one cosmetic mark on the headstock, where I clipped it on my amp stack at a gig, it stlightly chipped, as pictured, Nothing that affects the performance whatsoever but reflected in the lower price. The frets are clean and in great condition.
