RARE Fender Roland G5 VG Stratocaster - NEW.Bought as a pair (see photo) but never used. Taken out of box, the Roland electronics checked and then placed back into it's box and dry stored after just a few minutes of playing. Dog tags and scratch plate plastic intact. Comes with everything that came with it. New soft-case, all paperwork, tools, inner and outer box's. The original strings are still in place. It's a new guitar. They cost over £1600 now and the black with maple neck is no longer available. I was so impressed with the guitar that I bought a second one (the one now for sale) but my room is getting full and I need to trim down the guitars.The serial code shows the guitar was made in 2012.22 fret Stratocaster with all American hardware, body and neck and the added extra of the on-board and built in Roland electronics. Runs on four AA batteries and I use rechargeables without any problems. 12 hours playing time before the built in blue light starts to flash 30 minutes before the Roland effects stop working but the normal strat mode continues to work, it doesn't deactivate the normal pick ups, so you can keep on playing.What Roland has to say: https://www.roland.com/global/products/g-5/Roland rewrote guitar-tech history with the debut of COSM technology, which first appeared on the pioneering VG-8 guitar-modeling system.
