To start - this is an unfinished restoration project which is 80% complete - it was shelved and not completed years ago.  It is recovered in a custom repro Mardi Gras wrap made by Marty Monson at Drum HQ (he only made about 4 sheets), the recover work was done by him.  Due to the nature of the glitter and stars installed between the wrap layers, the finish is a little bumpy to the touch, however looks great on display or stage.This is a Leedy cocktail combo kit - the snare mounts to the top of the bass (buyer will need a Slingerland/Leedy snare stand top).16x16 bass drum.  It has the snare mount (missing one bolt).  The grommet is missing which is under the handle.  It has brass sticksaver hoops.  It should have one wood hoop to be correct (I am including a black painted wood hoop and 8 Slingerland t-rods and claws which will need polishing or buyer needs to find better ones).  The wrap on the bass has a double seam and some glue residue is showing but this is on the bottom.5x14 snare - 8 lug.  The shell does not have a strainer or butt installed (the wrap has not been drilled for any strainer).  The shell has extra holes from different strainers over the years, some holes are filled, some not.  Again the wrap has not been drilled so buyer has choice of throw systems to install on their own.  The wrap on the snare is well done and tight seam.
