Beautiful Rare 1976 Ibanez Lawsuit!
1 piece (no center seam!) Arched Birch top with Mahogany body.
Indian rosewood fingerboard.
Antique Violin Stain
'76 Cat#: 2351AV
Upgrades:
John Suhr zebra humbuckers.
All new pots, caps, and wiring.
-Matched CTS 500K Pots.
-New "Orange" .022uF 223k drop caps.
-Heavy gage wiring throughout (and cloth insulated grounds).
Schaller Tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece (black).
Bubinga wood pickup boxes.
Mahogany wood pickguard.
Mahogany & Bubinga wood volume and tone knobs.
MOP "DeLuxe" headstock decal (removable, if desired).
New Gator Hardshell gig case. There are a few small dings around the sides, and a bit of buckle-rash on the back (She is 40 years old...) But the top is in extremely nice condition.
Plays and sounds like a dream!!!
The bulk of the Super 70's guitars were White, black, or sunburst. This one-piece natural stained top is a rare beauty, for sure!
