Vintage 1974 Hagstrom Swede made in Sweden . This is a very well made vintage guitar . It looks great , plays great and sounds great. I purchased it at the Philly guitar show about 5 years ago. Saw it on a table and had to have it. I will do my best to describe the condition of the guitar. It does have some cosmetic flaws. None of which  compromise the integrity or, playability of the instrument. It has some dings, dents, scuffs scratches , and a couple of spots where the laquer has cracked. All on the body. as an instrument of this age would have. Some cracking by the treble switch looks to be touched up. Everything is original to the guitar  except the tuners have been changed . Replaced with tuners that say Hagstrom on them. Not sure of their origin . The neck and fretboard are perfect . All the electronics work as they should . I replaced the truss rod cover  it says super swede. it is not. That's all Hagstrom  in Sweden had left in stock. Two of the control knobs have been replaced. The dots on top are blank again that's all Hagstrom had left in stock . I replaced these parts because the originals  where missing.  They are NOS that I purchased from Hagstrom in Sweden . They still sell parts. great guy Karl helped me out . This is a wonderful playing guitar. Much better then the reproductions from China and Korea. There is nothing wrong with the pickguard . It is a reflection from the flash. It's perfect. So look at the pictures  ask questions. what you see is what you will get. if you like it.
