Up for sale is my 2006 Bad Cat Hot Cat 30R head with matching 2x12 open back cab, matching 4x12 closed back cab, and Tuki covers for all three pieces. Between the tonal versatility of the head and the speaker cab options there is not a gig on Earth that would be outside of the range of this equipment. The head and 2x12 cab have scuffs, small nicks and tears, and general signs of wear. I have tried to show these in the photos as best as I could. The 4x12 cab only has one small scratch on a metal corner. All three of these pieces were gigged with and played.A few things to note, the effects loop on these model Hot Cat amps (2003-2008-ish) do not work very well and if you call Bad Cat they will tell you as much. It was due to a poor design. The head can be sent back to Bad Cat to get the lifetime warranty refurbishment for around $350 (shipping not included) that will fix any issues with the head...fx loop, old capacitors, tubes, transformers, etc and give a lifetime transferable warranty. There are no issues with this head other than the odd fx loop design which is just a factory thing. I just feel like I need to point that out here. If this rig doesn't sell I plan to do this, but please note that right now the fx loop doesn't work very well. Also, I don't have the original channel changing / blend foot switch. You should be able to get this from Bad Cat. If you have a one in / two out switching box, then you can change channels through the front-end as there are separate inputs for the clean and dirty channels. This is what I did and it worked great.I plan to have this professionally packed / shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex to that it is insured and delivered without any issues.
