1986 4001V63 left handed with the reversed head stock just like McCartneys original fireglo finish. This Rick has been through a lot it's definitely not perfect or mint in any way but it's still a very rare very cool Rickenbacker. Original finish was lacquer cleared to preserve it. Bass does have some dings scratches and heavy wear in the original finish but all of that was sealed. Neck is still good and truss rods are great they have plenty of room for future adjustments so this bass can still last for a lifetime if it's well taken care of. The frets near the body are still good but the further you go up towards the headstock the wear is very apparent someone liked to hammer down on all the low end stuff. But even with that said it actually still plays very nicely with little buzz and I've got the action set in a good place and intonation set. It's actually really cool to play still sounds incredible it's got that punchy classic 4001 tone that you literally just can't get out of the newer ones. The wood is still fantastic no cracks nothing she's still solid and has a lot of potential to keep jamming for a long long time. As far as everything goes she's completely 100% still a great playing bass everything works perfectly just has a lot of character to it. Never had original case but got a real Rickenbacker case for it it's brand new and it has a set of brand new Roto swing bass strings on it
