Hi, i have a 1968 Gibson SG for sale. All original guitar and original case with all working latches, inside lining is red. Guitar is in very good condition. The neck is straight and the headstock has had no breakage or signs of cracks. Minor buckle rash. The guitar has no issues, works and plays nicely. Seems to have plenty of fret life left. I play this guitar in my house occasionally but i've never taken it anywhere. I gig with a PRS and can't seem to switch to anything else. Serial number 968226, stamped or 'engraved' you could say. There is no stamped 'made in USA' on it which they started in 69'-70' on forward. There is no volute either which is a wooden backing behind the headstock for reinforcement. SG's prior to 1970 didn't have that. If you would like more pictures, let me know. I'm selling it because i'm moving soon and downsizing. Despite how nice and collectable this piece is, it's one of 4 or 5 that are gonna go. I need less stuff. Please email with any questions. US bidders only please. $50 shipping, professionally packed.
