1964 Hofner Galaxie 176.Totally original guitar, plays and sounds amazing, unique switching, 3 x on off switches one for each pickup, 3 x rollers tone for each pickup, master volume, rhythm or solo switch.String damper, tremolo, comes with non original hard case.This was the top of the range Hofner you couldn't buy American guitars in Europe in the early sixties so this was an attempt at Fender ish copies ( Stratocaster / Jaguar ).Some paint checking on body common on these, minimal fret wear, low "E" tuner slightly bent but still operates o.k. neck has a baseball type thickness feels nice in the hand , there is a truss rod. A very nice example of a quality vintage guitar from the 1960's
