This instrument is a fabulous Intermediate-level wood clarinet to step up to. This model is widely regarded as one of the best clarinets for intermediate students with consistant tuning, beautiful tone, and easy response This particular instrument is in excellent condition, but has some wear. The keys are beautiful and silver plated, and the wood seals well. There is a repaired crack in the upper joint, but this does not affect the playability of the instrument. The logos are quite faded. This instrument was made during an unfortunate time period where Buffet printed the logos in gold ink on the instrument finish, which quickly wore off with use. The serial number typeface and material identify the instrument as the E11. This instrument has been repadded and plays perfectly! The case is original and in good condition.
