This Fernandes Revolver Pro was produced for a limited time, and even less briefly were the Sustainer models produced. I have never come across another guitar like this. It's rare enough that you find an affordable 7-string guitar with a double locking tremolo, but it's a whole other story when that same guitar comes with a super rare, my personal favorite effect, Fernandes Sustainer. This guitar is the 7-string model, equipped with a Fernandes Double Locking Tremolo System (works as smoothly or better than most Floyd Rose tremolo systems), and a Fernandes Sustainer pickup. The Sustainer pickup works with the on/off toggle switch, and two modes are accessible by pushing down the tone knob. The two modes are Normal sustain, and Harmonic (Feedback) sustain. So you don't need to stand in front of an amp to get that squeal anymore. This works by emitting a magnetic field over and through the strings to create infinite sustain. Your notes will be held on an sustained until the battery runs out. Not sure if that sounds good in a song though. A 9-volt battery drives the Sustainer. The pickup itself is a single-coil neck pickup, the other half is the electronically driven magnetic-field inducing motor.This guitar can handle so many genres of genres of music. Genres spanning from Steve Vai, Jimi Hendrix, Muse, chunky metal, buttery jazz, to the smoothest classical guitar compositions. The Sustainer adds a whole new level creatively. The whammy bar is so responsive; anything from subtle vibrato to huge dive bombs will suffice. The strings always kept their tuning. All this is mostly because of the work this guitar received at Manson Guitar Works in the UK. It was setup to e-B-G-D-A-E-B tuning so if you want perfection, I suggest leaving it there. Or do as you will, mess around or get it setup to your specifications(;The guitar was setup professionally by Manson Guitar Workshop in the UK, and it is ready to be played. Cosmetically, the guitar is flawless. Electronically, all is perfect. Functionally, the guitar will last for many, many years with proper care.Included with the Fernandes Revolver Pro 7 is a hard shell case, a set of allen wrenches for the various components on the guitar, and of course, the whammy bar for the tremolo system.Thank you for reading and for your much appreciated interest.
