BEAUTIFUL MATCHED PAIR OF SELMER 10G CLARINETS IN A AND Bb - SUPERB CONDITION THROUGHOUTThis is a rare opportunity to acquire the very popular Selmer 10G series. The Selmet 10G was named for Anthony Gigliotti, onetime principal Clarinet of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Gigliotti had become frustrated with certain shortcomings in the R13 design and went to Buffet Crampon with modifications, Buffet weren't impressed, but Selmer were. The result was the 10G: an improved, "Americanised "R13, with warmer sound and better intonation. Hans W Moennig and Ralph Morgan were also major contributors to the design. Widely considered to be superior than the Buffet, they are very consistent in their tuning, are superbly made and these later models have the adjustable thumb rests.5% DISCOUNT available - Please contact me for detailsThis particular pair of clarinets has had only one owner and have had little use. There are no cracks and the pads are in very good condition. The Bb has leather and the A has skin pads and both have been adjusted ready to go. The serial numbers are - A Clarinet C6123 and Bb Clarinet E6012.These are fine examples and perfect for advanced students and professionals alike.
