This model was announced in 1988 and soon changed its name to SAS - 1500.It is a semi-acoustic of a compact body shape, using quilted mahogany (AVS) as a body material.Pickguard is also looking luxurious by using the same wood.The pickup is a hot pickup using Alnico Magnet called "LIVE GHIG" developed exclusively for this model.Bi-sound (coil-tap) switch on tone control.Fret exchange, finger board correction, nut exchange were carried out at Japanese famous workshops.Hard shell case also comes with a new one like current SAS - 1500Overall neat mint condition.
