Fender Japan TL62-72 US Old Lake Placid BlueHere's a model I haven't seen before from Japan. This guitar has some great spec like a solid Alder body, aged Maple neck and factory fitted USA pickups.Usually the 62 Telecasters are the custom models with the white binding and Fender Japan pickups. Those models usually have a Basswood (non specified wood) body too.This guitar was made in 2004-2006 & is in overall very good condition. There was a dent on the front of the guitar when it came in but this has now been repaired (see the photos for a before & after shot) and also a tiny chip on the neck pocket (see photo)The frets are in very good condition with no indents and the neck is straight with a correctly working trussrod. When I gave it a quick set up, the intonation was spot on and the action was very goodHard CaseAs said many times, all my guitars come shipped in a new black hard case which is included in the price. I find this is the safest way to avoid damage in transit. This case can be upgraded to a very nice tweed one but these are an additional £12 each at present.Please contact me before purchasing if you would like this. Alternatively, if you are collecting the guitar and, like some buyers have cases coming out of their ears, that's no problem, I'll adjust the price (usually around a £30 discount) and I can usually find you an old gigbag to take the guitar away in.
