Trick Drums founder and President Mike Dorfman and Buddy Rich Band drummer Gregg Potter swung into action conceptualizing a drum that captured the essence of vintage Buddy but with modern features. The Buddy drum consists of a single-ply AL13 Trick shell finished with the blue tinted white marine pearl Buddy loved and was known for. The drum also features retro beaver tail style lugs and a Trick GS007 throw off which has Buddy’s signature and dates laser engraved. Trick, which is world renown for their metal working prowess designed and machined the BR shield badge for a truly unique and stunning identifier. Inside, each drum is signed personally by Cathy Rich and has a separate numbered badge with Buddy’s signature.
