This is a true archtopguitar with classic bracing and features Epiphone’s critically acclaimed ProBucker pickups – with coil splitting – plus the new GraphTech NuBone XL nut.  Some may be unaware but during Joe’s career, he was the premier, first call guitarist for the top singers and soloists in the world of jazz – including Les McCann, Ella Fitzgerald, Chet Baker, Oscar Peterson, Herb Ellis, Ray, Brown, Milt Jackson and more.  Short on Funds? Refurbished guitars go through more inspections and test than guitars that go directly to dealers. They do not have major flaws, they have minor issues such as a finish blemish, a poor solder joint, a loose connection. In some instances guitars arrive without a knob, are missing a switch and these simply need replacing. The refurbisher is staffed with highly trained Luthiers who take great pride in their work. Some guitars are simply discontinued or are overstocked and don’t even need any repairs. Refurbished guitars are given a new serial number and are lightly stamped used on the back of the headstock of the guitar. This is to prevent duplication of warranty claims only. I often travel to the refurbisher to select guitars, and, my sales rep knows what I want. I only select the highest rated guitars. If I know what was repaired/refurbished, it will be explained but many of the guitars I select are rated NVR (no visible repairs). We are regularly performing musicians; this underlines our choice of items to sell and assures you of the guitars quality.
